    Description

    A growing manufacturing company is seeking a talented SeniorElectronic Test Technician

    Requirements:

    • MUST havefull knowledge of how to set up, use multi-meter testers.
    • MUST haveElectronics (board & assembly) Testing: 1 year.
    • MUST have knowledge of crimps and solder joints.
    • Manufacturing: 1 year
    • Quality control: 1 year
    • ISO 9001: 1 year
    • IPC 610: 1 year

    Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Read and interpret blueprints.
    • Coordinate and prioritize daily activity for inspection within the cell.
    • Examine layout and installation of wiring, cables, subassemblies, hardware, and components to detect assembly errors.
    • Perform first PC inspection.
    • Use micrometers to measure crimp heights.
    • Perform pull tests.
    • Perform in-process inspections.
    • Examine production documents to ensure that all assembly, inspecting, and testing steps were performed correctly.
    • Identify improvements through review of assembly products & inspection steps.
