    Job Summary

    The Converged Orchestration (aiQ-Convoy) team is revolutionizing business orchestration, recommendations, and contextual platforms to enhance next-gen customer experiences at Comcast.

    Job Description

    Core Responsibilities:

    • Partner with stakeholders to identify product and technical requirements, and analyze integration needs.
    • Aid in designing new software solutions, supporting application development, and customizing existing applications.
    • Research, write, and edit technical documentation and requirements, including test plans, technical manuals, and evaluations.
    • Stay updated on industry tech trends, evaluate competitive products, and provide technical leadership throughout the design process.
    • Track and assess performance metrics, ensure timely software delivery, and participate in testing platform components and services.
    • Showcase expertise in engineering concepts, processes, and methodologies, and make sound architectural decisions.
    • Exercise independent judgment in significant matters, communicate effectively, collaborate, and solve problems.
    • Perform other assigned duties.

    Required Skills:

    • Advanced proficiency in Java programming.
    • Experience with Spring, Spring Boot, SpEL, caching frameworks, web-based services, NoSQL, and messaging protocols.
    • Agile/Scrum experience.

    Recommended Skills:

    • Knowledge of relational databases, PaaS, public cloud services, decision engines, backend security best practices, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Experience with GraphQL APIs and tooling.

    Education Level

    Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or Computer Science with 7-11 years of related experience.
