- Utilizes external community instructional resources to supplement education
- Develops and maintains tracking system to identify areas of deficiency and ensures regulatory compliance
- Develops preceptor program and orients preceptors
- Assumes on-call responsibilties as needed and when needed to sufficiently and effeciently run the operation
- Current RN license in Maryland
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- 2+ years prior experience in home health
- 2+ years prior experience in hospice
- Advanced computer skills required.
