    Description

    Exciting opportunity with a successful and rapidly growing skilled nursing and assisted living owner and operator with facilities throughout the Midwest. Currently, they are searching for a dedicated Administrator to join their executive team in Evansville, WI, this skilled AL home has a great staff, census, and awesome culture.


    This executive opportunity is responsible for leading the daily operations at the facility and working with the DON and other leads to create a safe and welcoming environment for residents and their families


    Responsibilities:

    • Oversee the overall operations of the skilled nursing facility, ensuring compliance with state and federal regulations.
    • Develop and implement policies and procedures to maintain a safe, clean, and welcoming environment for residents, staff, and visitors.
    • Manage the facility's budget, including revenue, expenses, and cost control measures.
    • Monitor and analyze financial reports, identify areas for improvement, and implement strategies to enhance financial performance.
    • Foster a positive work environment that encourages teamwork, professional growth, and high employee morale.
    • Stay updated on all skilled nursing federal, state, and local regulations.
    • Ensure compliance with licensing, certification, and accreditation requirements.
    • Conduct regular audits and inspections to identify and address areas of non-compliance.
    • Maintain a resident-centered approach to care, ensuring the delivery of high-quality services that meet individual needs and preferences.
    • Monitor resident satisfaction and implement strategies to enhance the overall resident experience.
    • Collaborate with medical professionals and interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement resident care plans.


    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, business administration, or a related field (Master's degree preferred).
    • Valid Licensed Nursing Home Administrator or the ability to obtain one.
    • Minimum of 1-year experience in a leadership role within a skilled nursing facility.
    • In-depth knowledge of long-term care regulations, reimbursement systems, and compliance requirements.
    • Strong financial management skills, including budgeting, financial analysis, and revenue optimization.
    • Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
    • Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with residents, families, staff, and regulatory agencies.
