- Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's 140+ server infrastructure.
- Analyzes and resolves issues associated with system hardware and software.
- Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's network infrastructure.
- Analyzes and resolves issues associated with network infrastructure hardware and software.
- Installs, configures, and maintains the organization's communication systems.
- Analyzes and resolves issues associated with communication system hardware and software.
- Develops and maintains documentation pertaining to system configurations, system operation, network configurations, network operation and user documentation.
- Creates and maintain disaster recovery plans for critical systems.
- Researches and recommends new system and infrastructure technologies.
- Bachelors in Computer Science or Information Technology and/or equivalent experience required.
- 5 + years administration experience required.
- Experience with multiple servers and 500 or more user environment is a plus.
- Strong ability to analyze, identify, and understand critical issues and information to make informed business and training decisions.
- Ability to proactively identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task, maintaining multiple projects on an on-going basis with shifting priorities. Must be able to easily embrace and manage change.
- Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
- Candidates will support technical aspects including: Network Topology, Linux and Window Environments, VMware, 0365 Exchange Online, EMC Storage Technologies, NAS and SAN, Cisco Unified Communications, Switches, Routers, Firewall and IPS systems and SecurityTechnologies.
