    At the core of our growing Analytics, Insights, & Business Intelligence team lies an exciting opportunity for a curious and driven individual to join us as the Manager of Business Intelligence. In this critical role, you'll actively contribute to shaping the brand strategy and commercial planning for North America. Your responsibilities will involve collaborating with marketing and sales leaders across all Revlon brands and channels, participating in forecasting, and assessing the sales potential of new products and categories.

    Job Responsibilities:

    • Proactively anticipate business and research needs, grasping both the bigger picture and the finer details of operations.
    • Transform data into valuable insights that cut through the noise and steer our growth strategies.
    • Engage in special projects and ad-hoc analyses for the Executive Leadership Team & President of North America under the guidance of the Director, Business Intelligence.
    • Collaborate with stakeholders from different Revlon brands to gather insights for strategic brand development.
    • Combine data from various sources to inspire brand strategy ideation and operational tactics.
    • Work alongside Insights and Marketing teams to define target consumers, brainstorm consumer-centric strategies, and establish KPIs for performance measurement.
    • Partner with cross-functional leaders to formulate 3-year strategic business plans aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
    • Contribute to the preparation of key meeting materials for crucial business gatherings and milestones like Board Meetings, Customer Meetings, Budget discussions, and Strategic Planning sessions.
    • Analyze market trends and consumer behavior to estimate sales potential and pinpoint opportunities for new product introductions, category expansions, and strategic market penetrations.
    • Take charge of key aspects of the forecasting process to ensure precise sales projections.

    Experience:

    • Minimum of 3-5 years in management consulting, strategic planning, brand management, or related fields, with a preference for experience within the beauty or consumer goods industry.
    • Demonstrated strong analytical skills with a talent for interpreting data and generating practical insights.
    • Proficient in Microsoft Excel with a track record in data modeling and visualization.
    • Skilled in Microsoft PowerPoint with the ability to craft compelling and concise narratives.
    • Self-driven, industrious, and strategic thinker with excellent time management and prioritization abilities. Capable of thriving in a fast-paced, collaborative environment to propel brand and financial objectives.
    • Excellent storytelling and persuasive skills, adept at collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
    • Familiarity with Circana datasets is a plus.
    • Passion for the beauty industry and a keen interest in staying updated on industry news, social media trends, and influencer activities across key categories are highly desirable.
    • Authorization to work full-time in the United States is mandatory.

    Education:

    • Bachelor's degree is a requirement.

    The annual salary range for this role in New York City falls between $93,000 and $115,000, with variations possible based on skills, experience, relevant knowledge, and location. Certain positions may offer additional short and long-term incentives as part of the overall compensation package.

    Employees and their families can benefit from medical, dental, and vision coverage, while the company provides basic life insurance. Further perks include long-term disability benefits, supplemental life insurance, flexible spending accounts, critical illness coverage, group legal assistance, identity theft protection, and enrollment in the 401k Retirement Savings Plan.

    Employees are automatically enrolled in the company-paid short-term disability insurance, offering partial base salary support for up to 26 weeks in case of disability from the start date of employment.

    As for vacations, employees are entitled to 3 weeks off, with pro-rated allocation during the first year, in addition to twelve paid holidays annually. This role is also eligible for an annual bonus linked to company performance.
