- Thoroughly understand and be able to perform regular Quality Audits on production lines
- Complete required documentation correctly and accurately
- Follow, train, and enforce company processes and procedures.
- Represent the Quality department in a positive and consistent manner
- Participate and/or facilitate internal/external audits
- Responsible for verification of all production records (PTS) cross shift
- Create UPC labels based on item numbers to generate bar codes as necessary.
- Maintain blank Label inventory.
- Verify-Release IRC/Tear Pads
- Perform investigations to determine possible reason for variances
- Document NCRs and Perform root cause analysis for completion
- Verification of Work Packets (based on customer specifications)
- Submit Samples to customers as necessary
- Coordinate SSR process and control paperwork
- Coordinate Rework process
- Properly complete departmental documentation and data such as logs.
- Perform all computer functions as they pertain to this job.
- Work with the Janitorial department to ensure housekeeping of the facility.
- Release HU's for remarket shipments.
- Perform recall functions as part of the Recall Team
- Reports quality issues to the Customer as necessary
- Back up for the Quality Manager
- Education Desired: High School Diploma or Equivalent
- 3-6 months related experience or training
- Ability to work in a cold environment
- Good interpersonal skills with ability to communicate with individuals associated with subject matter, as well as communicate findings to other quality representatives
- Ability to add, subtract, multiply, and divide in all units of measure
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and handle multiple/detail orientated tasks
- Must be detail orientated and pay close attention to accuracy
- Ability to apply commonsense understanding and communicate accurately to carry out detailed instructions both oral and written
- Ability to analyze information gathered in order to maintain accurate and detailed records using both computerized and manual means
- Ability to deal with problems involving several concrete variables in standardized situations
- Ability to communicate accurately, clearly and concisely in written, verbal and electronic formats
- Ability to independently or with minimum supervision write routine reports, correspondence and prepare various levels of documents and reports
- Ability to establish and maintain very effective relationships with those contacted in the course of work
- Ability to read and write using the English language
- Primarily works in an warehouse setting
- Walking, standing, lifting & bending as needed

This position is responsible for performing audits on materials and products to ensure customer conformance to specifications and that expectations are met.
