Role DescriptionThis is a full-time, on-site role for a Vice President of Organizational Development and Human Resources.
The Vice President will be responsible for leading and implementing employee engagement initiatives, optimizing organizational effectiveness, developing leadership programs, overseeing succession planning, and managing performance.
This role combines strategic planning, project management, and HR expertise to drive the growth and success of our organization.Qualifications
Expertise in Employee Engagement, Organizational Effectiveness, and Leadership Development
Experience in Succession Planning and Performance Management
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Excellent leadership and communication abilities
Demonstrated strategic thinking and planning skills
Knowledge of HR best practices and legal compliance
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
Master's degree or certification in a relevant field is a plus
