As a Corporate Recruiter (m/f/d), you will be responsible for finding the right candidates for Coolblue's delivery service and stores, and contribute to strengthening our employer brand.

What you'll do Manage job openings from intake to hiring (full life cycle recruiting) and everything in between, such as collaborating with stakeholders to determine the best recruiting strategy for the open position.

You will handle all job openings in our depot:
from driver positions to bicycle couriers, team leaders, and process engineers. You will also handle positions such as sales associates or shift leads in the new store. Conduct job interviews with candidates, coordinate and organize telephone intakes, (digital) interviews, and selection days. Improve current processes to achieve even better and more effective results while ensuring candidate satisfaction.
