HR Officer (m/f/d)

Starting immediately | Part-time/full-time | Permanent

Your responsibilities

  • Point of contact for all personnel-related questions
  • Support for personnel administration
  • Management and handling of disciplinary and labor law matters
  • Support in recruiting and applicant management
  • Conducting on- and offboarding processes
  • Handling of BEM procedures, conducting BEM discussions
  • Implementation of HR projects, such as organizing leadership training

Your qualifications

  • Completed commercial apprenticeship, ideally in the HR field
  • First professional experience or expertise in personnel work and labor law
  • Proficient in MS Office
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Teamwork, reliability, and enjoyment in working with people
