Must have good interpersonal skills to maintain good rapport with participants in a long-term intervention trial. Must be able to work with a multidisciplinary team, handle blood and biospecimens, and enter data. Effective problem solving, communication, and writing skills are required. Must be able to multi-task. Demonstrated ability to work as part of a team as well as independently. Knowledge of IRB and human research protection regulations.
