    Description

    Our client, a global manufacturing leader, is starting the transformative process of implementing SAP S/4 HANA. They are hiring for an experienced SAP Technical Manager to lead their team into the future of ERP. This vital role will require a blend of technical expertise in SAP solutions, strong leadership skills and a strategic mindset to achieve the full potential of SAP BTP, EDI, ABAP and integration systems.

    Responsibilities:

    • Be the technical authority for SAP BTP, EDI, ABAP, working with a team of developers and providing direction for integration efforts
    • Guide the development, customization and integration of SAP solutions to meet business needs
    • Work closely with IT and business leaders to align SAP technical strategies with organizational goals
    • Build and lead a high-performing team, fostering a culture of collaboration and innovation
    • Stay current with SAP technical trends and best practices
    • Develop technical standards and manage prioritization of how development resources are allocated

    Requirements:

    • 7+ years of experience working with SAP technical solutions, with an extensive understanding of SAP BTP, EDI, ABAP
    • Proven leadership experience in an enterprise environment
    • Strong project management experience, managing complex SAP technical projects
    • Excellent problem solving skills and the ability to thrive under pressure
    • Strong communication skills, with ability to collaborate effectively across all levels of the organization
    • Experience in SAP S4/Hana and background in development would be a big plus
