    Technical Account Manager

    At this role, you'll be reporting to the Service Manager.

    Your Role and Responsibilities

    • Manage ABB Proactive Service contracts for assigned accounts
    • Lead the technology approach at sites to ensure on-time contract deliverables and provide exceptional service
    • Actively promote ABB Services and Solutions and identify upsell opportunities
    • Support customers proactively by anticipating needs and assisting in identifying evolution strategies
    • Serve as a single point of contact for resolving technical support cases
    • Liaise between customers and various ABB departments to fulfill obligations
    • Develop strong cross-functional teams to support customers and coordinate resources within ABB
    • Work closely with Account Managers to provide timely offers and identify contract growth opportunities
    • Manage Service Contracts deliverables and financial KPIs
    • Ensure 100% renewal of service contracts at assigned accounts

    Qualifications for the Role

    • Bachelor's degree in Engineering or equivalent experience
    • 8+ years of experience in automation systems
    • Prior experience in technical sales and supporting automation services
    • Knowledge of automation system components and architectures
    • Ability to travel up to 30% for customer meetings
    • Must have work authorization to work for ABB in the US

    Note: Base salary for this position ranges between $92,500 and $171,500 annually, with eligibility for a short-term incentive plan/annual bonus.
