Role: Temp Employee Relations Specialist

Company: Confidential

Location: Vernon, CA | On-site

Schedule: Monday through Friday

Pay Rate: $40-50/hour DOE

Must be able to start ASAP

Responsibilities:

Heavy employee relations
Serve as a trusted advisor to senior leadership, providing guidance, constructive feedback and consulting on effective leadership and building teams in service of the business
Advise on organization design, role definition, workforce planning, leadership development, and employee engagement
Collaborate with management to align departmental goals with business strategy and forecasts

Qualifications:

Proven experience in HR, People & Culture
Experience in retail preferred
