Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist at iLusso in Orange County, CA. As a Client Relations Specialist, you will be responsible for building and maintaining strong relationships with our clients, ensuring their satisfaction throughout the buying process and beyond. You will provide exceptional customer support and assistance, addressing any inquiries or concerns they may have. Your role will also involve business development as we launch a new customer retention program.
