    Job Description:

    We are seeking a skilled HR Specialist with experience in the manufacturing industry to join our team. The HR Specialist will play a crucial role in supporting our workforce and driving HR initiatives that align with our business objectives.

    Responsibilities:

    Talent Acquisition:

    • Manage the recruitment process for various roles, including sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and coordinating job offers.
    • Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and develop effective recruitment strategies.

    Employee Relations:

    • Serve as a trusted advisor to employees and management on HR-related issues.
    • Address employee concerns and grievances in a timely and effective manner, fostering a positive work environment.

    Training and Development:

    • Coordinate training programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of employees.
    • Partner with department heads to identify training needs and deliver targeted development initiatives.

    Benefits Administration:

    • Administer employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
    • Assist employees with benefits enrollment and provide guidance on benefit-related inquiries.

    HR Administration:

    • Maintain accurate employee records and HR documentation, including personnel files and HRIS updates.
    • Process payroll and ensure accuracy in timekeeping systems.

    Qualifications:

    • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
    • 3-6 years of experience in HR roles, with tech industry experience a plus.
    • Strong understanding of employee management and workforce dynamics.
    • Monitor HR policies and ensure compliance with relevant local laws and regulations.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact effectively with employees at all levels.
    • Proficiency in HRIS and Microsoft Office applications.
    • HR certification (e.g., SHRM-CP, PHR) preferred.

    Position Details:

    Employment type: Full Time

    Base Salary: DOE

    Year-end profit sharing

    Location: San Jose / Fremont ,USA, Candidate must reside in CA,USA and have a valid driver's license.
