    Description

    We are partnered with a growing manufacturing team in West Chester looking for a Human Resources Generalist to join their HR department. This role will be crucial for the company as they grow and expand over the next year. The ideal candidate will have three to five years of HR experience and the ability to multitask and prioritize employees. If you are interested please apply here today.

    • Recruiting, interviewing, and onboarding
    • Conducting background checks
    • Orientation and employee recognition programs
    • Handling compensation, benefits, leave, disciplinary matters, investigations, performance management, morale, safety, and training and development
