    Compensation

    • $85,000 - $90,000/year+( based on experience)
    • Annual bonus potential

    Requirements

    • Bachelors Degree or related work experience
    • 5+ years of experience handling MN and/or WI Workers Compensation/Indemnity claims
    • 2+ years of experience in a Team Lead or Supervisory role
    • Active MN Adjuster's License
    • 100% remote (Would prefer someone close to one of our offices, Lake Zurich, IL; Minneapolis MN; Livonia, MI; Cleveland OH )

    Job Responsibilities

    1. Over see 4 -5 Claims Adjusters who evaluate and process Midwest workers' compensation claims in accordance with company policies and regulatory requirements.
    2. Set performance expectations, conduct regular performance evaluations, and provide feedback to drive continuous improvement.
    3. Review complex claims, provide guidance on coverage interpretation, and escalate issues as needed to ensure fair and equitable claim resolutions.
    4. Serve as a point of escalation for complex or high-profile claims, providing exceptional customer service to policyholders, claimants, and stakeholders
    5. Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) and metrics to track team performance and productivity.
