QualificationsStrong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneouslyExcellent math skills, including proficiency in retail math calculationsProven experience in inventory control and managementKnowledge of the automotive industry, including current market trends and pricing strategiesStrong communication and interpersonal skills for effective collaboration with team members and customersResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the used car inventory, ensuring accurate tracking and control of all vehiclesConduct market research to determine pricing strategies and ensure competitive pricing for used carsDevelop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract potential buyersCold call potential customers to promote used car inventory and generate leadsCollaborate with sales team to negotiate deals and close salesMonitor and analyze data to identify trends and make informed decisions regarding inventory managementMaintain a high level of customer satisfaction by addressing any concerns or issues related to used car purchasesTrain and mentor sales team on effective selling techniques for used carsAs the Used Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the used car inventory, implementing effective marketing strategies, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
