Job Overview:

Responsibilities:


  • Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
  • Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
  • Identify new market opportunities and drive growth through outside sales efforts
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
  • Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
  • Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products or services

Skills:


  • Proven experience in sales, account management, and outside sales
  • Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team
  • Excellent negotiation abilities to close deals successfully
  • Proficiency in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
This Role is also a commission and base pay position


Job Types:
Full-time, Part-time


Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
