Job Overview:
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve company goals
- Manage and mentor a team of sales representatives
- Identify new market opportunities and drive growth through outside sales efforts
- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients
- Lead negotiations with clients to secure profitable deals
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop effective sales strategies
- Utilize technical sales knowledge to effectively promote products or services
Skills:
- Proven experience in sales, account management, and outside sales
- Strong leadership skills to motivate and guide the sales team
- Excellent negotiation abilities to close deals successfully
- Proficiency in technical sales or technology sales is a plus
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
Job Types:

Pay:
$ $16.00 per hour
