    Description


    Riam Recruiting has partnered with a non-profit Federally Qualified Health Center (FQHC) that focuses on "whole patient health" helping the underserved Asian population.

    These services include primary care services, mental health, case management, nutrition, and dental care.
    The IT Director will report to the Chief Administrative Officer (CAO) and oversee a team of 5-6. You will provide leadership and technical expertise in overseeing the information technology and solutions department. This position will also include network infrastructure, security, telecommunication and computer systems, and end-user training and support.

    MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Bachelor's degree in information systems or related and a minimum of 7 years of relevant information
    systems experience with at least five years in a leadership role providing strategic direction; or
    equivalent combination of a degree in progress and pertinent healthcare experience.

    PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Healthcare background and knowledge of healthcare data privacy and security, especially in
    nonprofit community healthcare organizations.

    • Experience in providing strategic IT direction.
    • Experience performing analysis and/or design for specialized and complex healthcare applications. This
    includes clinical, financial, and/or administrative functionality.

    • Master's Degree in a field appropriate for this position (MIS, IT, Computer Science, or related).
    The pay range is $160k-$180k.
