    Description

    We're seeking a detail-oriented Staff Accountant with exceptional communication skills to manage accounts receivables. If you thrive in a dynamic environment where clear communication is key and you have experience in receivables management, we want to hear from you From overseeing customer payments to reconciling bank accounts, your expertise will play a crucial role in maintaining our financial operations.

    salary: $24 - $27 per hour
    shift: First
    work hours: 8 AM - 5 PM
    education: High School

    Responsibilities

    • Perform account reconciliation and generate reports / flow modules for management team
    • Calculate accruals; prepare & post journal entries to general ledger
    • Handle month-end, quarterly and year-end closing
    • Reconcile bank accounts and work with financial institutions to resolve any issues
    • Assist with audits by providing requested documentation to external auditors

  • Journal Entries (1 year of experience is required)
