    Description

    A global leader in the drug manufacturing industry is looking for a staff accountant to work with the assistant controller reconciling the general ledger, analyzing accounts and performing the month end close.     salary: $65,000 - $70,000 per year
    shift: First
    work hours: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM
    education: Bachelors

    Responsibilities

    • Assist with the month-end close, prepare journal entries and accruals
    • Analyze general ledger accounts, prepare adjusting journal entries and analyze cash flow
    • Support accounts receivable and accounts payable teams
    • Responsible for accounting for fixed and intangible asset schedules
    • Assist with internal control evaluations
    • Prepare and file sales tax returns
    • Prepare documents for the year-end audit
