    Admin Assistant
    LHH Recruitment Solutions is searching for a Admin Assistant in the Sarasota, FL area. Our client is looking to bring on an Admin Assistant to support the main office. This role will be in a fast-paced environment with team and independent projects or tasks. This will be an on-site work position.

    Responsibilities

    • Perform all receptionist duties - answer phones, greet guests and visitors in a professional manner.
    • Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages, including the coordination of mailings.
    • Manage inventory and ordering office supplies.
    • Implement, maintain, and update all databases in coordination with the National office.
    • Maintain on-line filing system.
    • Perform other duties as requested.
    • Data entry of client accounts
    • Must have strong or advanced experience in Excel, Outlook, MS Word

    Required Qualifications and Skill Sets

    • Must have a passion for learning and upbeat, ready to go attitude, professional and friendly.
    • Ability to operate most standard office equipment.
    • Strong computer skills and attention to detail
    • Excellent spelling, grammar, and written communication skills
    • Punctuality and reliable attendance during regular business hours
    • Strong Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Outlook), with advanced Microsoft Excel skills
    • Ability to multi-task, independent thinking or planning skills.
    • Ability to start immediately


    Compensation: $17-$19/hr

    Benefit offerings include medical, dental, vision, life insurance, short-term disability, additional voluntary benefits, EAP program, commuter benefits, and 401K plan. Our program provides employees the flexibility to choose the type of coverage that meets their individual needs. Available paid leave may include Paid Sick Leave, where required by law; any other paid leave required by Federal, State, or local law; and Holiday pay upon meeting eligibility criteria

    Pay Details: $17.00 to $19.00 per hour
