Responsibilities
Duties include but are not limited to:
- Answering Low Volume Phone Calls
- Collecting the Mail
- Processing Customer Job Orders
- Scanning Customer orders and Filing Vendor bills
- Data Entry:
- A/P Data Entry of vendor invoices and entering data into the shared whiteboard program.
- Qualifications
- Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
- Excellent customer service and communication skills
- Prior administrative experience, preferably in a fastpaced environment
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multiline phone systems
- Experience in calendar management and office coordination
- Knowledge of data entry and office management systems
Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour

Education:
- High school or equivalent (required)
Experience:
- Customer service: 1 year (preferred)
