Responsibilities

Duties include but are not limited to:

  • Answering Low Volume Phone Calls
  • Collecting the Mail
  • Processing Customer Job Orders
  • Scanning Customer orders and Filing Vendor bills


  • Data Entry:

  • A/P Data Entry of vendor invoices and entering data into the shared whiteboard program.
  • Qualifications
  • Strong computer skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Prior administrative experience, preferably in a fastpaced environment
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Familiarity with phone etiquette and handling multiline phone systems
  • Experience in calendar management and office coordination
  • Knowledge of data entry and office management systems

Pay:
$ $20.00 per hour
