Description
Responsibilities:
- Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) processes
- Perform data entry tasks in QuickBooks to accurately record and maintain daily financial transactions
- Prepare and process payroll
- Collect outstanding debts from clients and follow up on overdue payments
- Generate and send invoices to customers in a timely manner
- Manage payment processes, including making vendor payments and processing employee reimbursements
- Reconcile bank statements and financial records to ensure accuracy and identify any discrepancies
- Ensure compliance with accounting principles, policies, and regulations
- Maintain organized and uptodate financial records, both physical and electronic
- Provide support during audits and assist in preparing required documentation
- Stay updated with relevant accounting laws, regulations, and industry best practices
- Assist with daytoday operations of the business
- Rotating schedule for "on call"
- QuickBooks expert with indepth knowledge and proficiency in using the software is required
- Desired relevant experience of 10+ years in bookkeeping, preferably with experience in construction bookkeeping
- Must be authorized to work in the US.

Experience:
- Bookkeeping (Construction): 5 years (required)
- QuickBooks: 5 years (required)
License/Certification:
- Driver's License (required)

Pay:
$50, $65,000.00 per year
