    Who We Need

    We're here because we want someone awesome to join our crew: A Content Strategist who will play a role in implementing and optimizing brand content, grounded in digital and social, leading in the strategy, creation and production of content alongside our Creative and Digital teams. You should be passionate about all things social content and have a strong background in building communities (ie: Youtube, TikTok) and executing content.

    This position will report to the SVP, Content and work closely with internal client teams across video production, creative, digital strategy, influencer management and accounts teams to develop innovative programming that engages, builds brands, and achieves measurable ROI results.

    Duties & Responsibilities:

    CREATIVE IDEATION and STRATEGY

    • Develop content strategies and creative executions for digital-lead campaigns backed by data and recent trends and execute them for platforms like TikTok, Instagram, and other social media channels
    • Ability to understand social media and/or campaign strategies and translate them into compelling ideas that are social by design
    • Understands and stays on social media trends across all channels
    • Copywriting for social media and advertising content
    • Lead and participate in brainstorming sessions and workshops designed toward specific outputs and client solutions.
    • Testing and learning for new social media platforms.
    • Understand and provide creative social direction and content for integrated accounts that often start with PR initiatives.
    • In this role, you should be comfortable being featured in client-facing content

    ­­CONTENT PRODUCTION AND EDITING

    • Production of simple videos for social media (eg. TikTok, IG Reels) on iPhone, DSLR or DJI OSMO Pocket 3 Cam
    • Video Editing on Adobe Premiere with knowledge of specific sizing needs for all social platforms

    Desired Skills and Experience:

    • 2-5 years of hands-on experience in a content strategy or production role, with responsibilities including leading content strategy, production and editing.
    • Ability and willingness to pitch new creative ideas for individual brands for social content
    • Deep understanding of the digital communications landscape and a passion for all things digital and social.
    • Ability to create strategies and content based on the client's business and communication objectives and translate them to ideas or tactics fit for social media.
    • Strong copywriting skills and ability to self-edit following rules of grammar and required tone of voice
    • Strong communication skills: written and verbal communication, presentations, and meeting facilitation in both individual and group settings.
    • Detail-oriented, flexible, and willing to work in a fast-paced, demanding client-focused environment.
    • Strong follow-through and drive towards set deadlines.
    • Extensive experience with social media engagement and messaging.
    • Works well with others; is a collaborative team player who excels in a group setting.

    • Self-starter and ability to self-manage: you will work closely with the internal team, but we will rely on you to keep your deadlines on our fast-paced calendar of projects and manage your clients independently
