    The pay range for this position is expected to be between $187,000 - $209,000/annually; The total compensation package for this position also includes medical benefits, 401(k) eligibility, vacation, sick time, and parental leave.

    If hired, employee will be in an "at-will position" and the Company reserves the right to modify base salary (as well as any other payment or compensation program) at any time, including reasons related to individual performance, Company or individual department/team performance, and market factors.

    Scilex Holding Company's pay range data is provided in accordance with local state pay transparency regulations.

    Scilex Holding Company may post different minimum wage ranges for permanent residency petitions pursuant to US Department of Labor requirements.

    Food and Drug Administration for the relief of pain associated with Post-Herpetic Neuralgia (PHN), which is a form of post-shingles nerve pain.

    ZTlido possesses novel delivery and adhesion technology designed to address many of the limitations of current prescription lidocaine patches by providing significantly improved adhesion and continuous pain relief throughout the 12-hour administration period.

    We have acquired two FDA approved non-opioid pain products, GLOPERBA and ELYXYB TM , for the treatment of gout in adults and oral solution for the acute treatment of migraine, with or without aura, in adults.

    S. in April 2023 and are planning to commercialize GLOPERBA in 2024.
    Scilex Pharmaceuticals and Semnur Pharmaceuticals are wholly-owned subsidiaries of Scilex Holding Company.

    The Senior Product Manager – Marketing will be responsible for the development and implementation of the brand plan for a recently launched Migraine asset.

    The key areas of emphasis for this role are personal promotion, non-personal promotion, and omnichannel promotion – spanning strategy development and tactical execution.

    Must have relevant Pharmaceutical/Biotech Marketing experience.

    This position will report into the Head of Marketing and work in collaboration with cross-functional team members, including field sales.

    The role is based at ourPalo Alto, CAheadquarters (hybrid, on-site 3 days per week ).
    Build and optimize the Strategic Marketing/Brad plan.
    Drive execution of the Tactical plan while ensuring consistency with brand strategy
    Lead HCP facing marketing efforts for: personal promotion (i.e. field sales facing), non-personal promotion (such as speakers' bureau) and omnichannel (direct marketing).
    Lead Patient facing marketing efforts, where warranted.
    Partnering with Medical, a key internal stakeholder, on aligning the Medical and Marketing plans. Lead Medical Education activities, eg KOL engagement and advisory boards.
    Partnering with Sales and Sales Training – key internal stakeholders to develop POAs with.
    Partnering with the Market Access team to align the Access and Marketing plans. Manage partner agency relationships, workflow, and related expense budgets.
    Partner with internal analytics team and external partners to define metrics and analyze performance of marketing programs.
    Ensure legal/regulatory compliance and medical accuracy of all marketing materials.
    5-10 years of relevant Pharmaceutical/Biotech experience in Product Marketing is required. Sales/Market Research experience can be a complement, but not a substitute for this.
    ~ Basic knowledge of pharmaceutical industry.
    Strong rapport building skills and active listening skills.
    Ability to display high levels of initiative, effort and commitment successfully complete projects and assignments.

    Ability to comprehend and communicate complex technical/medical terminology and to maintain the required technical expertise including competitive product knowledge.

    Strong planning and organizational skills and strong attention to detail.
    Demonstrated technical aptitude and working proficiency at an advanced level in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power Point and Outlook.

    Must be able to successfully complete training and meet training expectations to operate within the parameters of the program.
