- Work Hours: M – F, 1st Shift
- Location: Saint Paul, MN
- FLSA Classification: Exempt
- Maintains and audits employee records in the HRIS database and paper files. Processes HR and Payroll changes within the HRIS.
- Processes the full onboarding and offboarding cycle at all work locations.
- Provides administrative support such as scheduling drug tests, posting jobs via the ATS, and creating offer letters.
- Owns the anniversary/company party planning.
- Processes unemployment claims.
- Assists with the recruitment and interview process.
- Assists the HR team with implementing and coordinating performance management.
- Assists with other HR duties as requested.
- Performs other duties as assigned.
- Bachelor's degree in related field strongly preferred or equivalent experience.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality.
- Effectively manage and communicate information across a network of companies.
- Partner with managers with a customer service orientation.
- Professional demeanor and character, proactive and able to take initiative.
- Prioritize and complete tasks as a team player while delivering results.
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and persuade decision makers.
- Optimize delivery of all services with continuous improvement mindset.
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook).
- Superb consulting, and critical thinking skills.
- The employee frequently is required to use hands or fingers, handle or feel objects, tools, or controls. The employee is occasionally required to stand; walk; sit; and reach with hands and arms.
- The employee must occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds. Specific vision abilities required by this position include close vision, distance vision, and the ability to adjust focus. The noise level in the work environment is usually low to moderate.
