- Manage the HR page on the Company portal
- Maintain Org Charts
- Learning Management System (LMS) administration
- Process Improvement (staffing, HR administration)
- Performance Management and systems improvement
- Policy development and documentation
- HR communications
- Work on special assignments as they arise
- Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
- Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
- Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time-sensitive tasks within a fast-paced environment
- Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
- Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others
- Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills
- Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related training programs to groups of managers/colleagues
- Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- International experience is a plus
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills preferred)
- Labor Law Knowledge (WARN, FLSA, FMLA, etc.)
