    HR Generalist

    Medical Products, Systems and Services

    $32.00 per hour

    Contract; through January 2025

    Monday-Friday, 8:00am-5:00pm

    Oakdale, Minnesota

    The HR Generalist is responsible for ensuring the day-to-day functioning of Human Resources. The HR Generalist ensures all government regulations, policies, procedures, and practices are followed in the most effective manner possible.

    What you'll be doing:

    • Compliance (AAP, FLSA, posting requirements, etc.)
    • Recruiting and staffing support; managing recruitment tools
    • Employee onboarding, development, needs assessment, and training
    • HRIS administration
    • Benefits Administration (monthly billing, reporting, etc.)
    • Reporting (internal/external to HR)
    • Manage the HR page on the Company portal
    • Maintain Org Charts
    • Learning Management System (LMS) administration
    • Process Improvement (staffing, HR administration)
    • Performance Management and systems improvement
    • Policy development and documentation
    • HR communications
    • Work on special assignments as they arise

    Who we're looking for:

    • Minimum 2 years of experience in HR
    • Approachable and responsive resource able to connect with employees at all levels
    • Ability to manage multiple priorities and consistently meet specific, time-sensitive tasks within a fast-paced environment
    • Comfortable with high volume workload and able to manage multiple priorities
    • Strong internal and external customer service focus, with a genuine desire to assist others
    • Strong project management and complex problem-solving skills
    • Strong presentation skills and facilitation experience to effectively deliver a variety of HR-related training programs to groups of managers/colleagues
    • Excellent organizational and interpersonal skills
    • Strong attention to detail
    • Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
    • International experience is a plus
    • Proficiency with HRIS systems (ADP preferred)
    • Proficiency with Microsoft Office (strong Excel skills preferred)
    • Labor Law Knowledge (WARN, FLSA, FMLA, etc.)
