Oversaw four operational locations, quality and performance results, risk and contingency plans, internal and external audits, and oversight for several financial plans. 

  • Led efforts to streamline Trust account records processes and workflows by utilizing imaging and BPM automation tools which led to the consolidation of operational teams located in Cincinnati, Milwaukee, and Portland into one location in St. Paul.
