    Job DescriptionAre you a great communicator with an interest in optical? Then, bring your attention to detail and join the {name} team today in this Front Desk Receptionist job in our {city}, {state} location.

    As the Front Desk Receptionist, you would be expected to maintain a professional and friendly attitude as you greet office guests, speak with patients regarding their insurance coverage, and schedule appointments. You also would be responsible for record keeping, maintaining a database, and handling customer issues.

    Benefits:
    • Starting Salary: $15.00 per hour, with potential for a production bonus

    • Greet and welcome patients with a friendly and welcoming demeanor
    • Answer phones and schedule appointments with excellent telephone etiquette
    • Handle cash transactions and provide receipts as needed
    • Utilize electronic health records (EHR) system for patient check-ins and data entry
    • Multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment
    • Maintain a clean and organized front desk area
    Required Skills
    • High School Diploma or GED required.
    • Minimum of 2 years of experience in an eye clinic or medical clinic setting
    • Fluency in both English and Spanish
    • Energetic with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
    • Experience with cash handling and electronic health records (EHR) systems
    • Ability to commute to work within 20-30 minutes
