    YOUR IMPACT

    We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who is passionate about Enterprise B2B SaaS offerings to lead two of our workload automation products.

    You will be the expert across a variety of workload automation products focused on how to position our offerings within the marketplace to impact growth.

    You will help create and communicate our product's value proposition, working collaboratively across the company as well as informing content to share with internal teams and also with prospects and existing customers.

    Collaborate with the product management team in execution of strategy and realization of product positioning, messaging and competitive differentiation.
    Build product positioning, naming, value propositions, and core messaging that align with strategy, resonate with customers, tell a story, and effectively differentiate our products value propositions

    Conduct market and customer research to capture data and insights about new verticals, customer needs and the purchase decision making process.

    Create global marketing and sales collateral (one-pagers, battle cards, datasheets, sales decks/materials, web copy, and more) that clearly articulates the value of these Redwood products.

    Champion client testimonials and customer success stories, identifying new opportunities to showcase client success and leverage these stories to further create client impact.

    Own the go-to-market strategy and tactical execution of new feature launches, feature updates, and other major product initiatives for a portfolio of automation products.

    Collaborate with Demand Gen team on campaign strategy and asset development support
    Contribute to improving the Product Marketing related processes within Redwood.

    YOUR EXPERIENCE

    3+ years of product marketing experience in B2B, enterprise software and/or SaaS/cloud environments, and ready to hit the ground running by sharing and implementing best practices on day one.

    Strong technical aptitude and love of SaaS functionality

    Ability to scope, manage and continuously reprioritize multiple complex projects simultaneously – strong time and workload management skills, setting clear expectations with leaders and partners.

    Strong organizational skills – ability to work with multiple information systems, organize and retrieve data from these systems. Technically capable with a desire to both build and improve processes.

    Gifted storyteller with excellent writing and communication skills who can succinctly translate sophisticated and technical features into customer benefits that resonate deeply with the intended audiences.

    Ability to thrive in a collaborative, cross-functional work environment at a global scale with demonstrated attention to detail and accuracy along with strong interpersonal skills.

    Demonstrated ability to thoughtfully move between strategy development and tactical execution across multiple projects in a fast-paced, continuously evolving, and collaborative environment.

    Experience with creating competitive battle cards, sales plays, customer-facing PowerPoint decks, sales training presentations, and presenting at industry/customer events
    Bachelor's degree in business or technical field preferred; MBA or advanced degree a plus
