    Job Description:

    We are seeking an experienced Personal Injury Litigation/Worker's Compensation Attorney to join our growing legal team in Chicago. As a reputable law office specializing in personal injury cases, we are dedicated to providing exceptional legal services and achieving favorable outcomes for our clients.

    The attorney that will be joining our team will have the perfect opportunity to become the face of that office, as we are looking for an ambitious, self-sufficient individual to help us establish a presence and to grow our brand and team Growth opportunities are endless with the ability to create your own destiny and team from scratch.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Manage a caseload of personal injury litigation/worker's compensation matters from inception to resolution.
    • Conduct legal research, draft pleadings, motions, and other legal documents.
    • Represent clients in court hearings, depositions, arbitrations, and mediations.
    • Negotiate settlements and communicate effectively with clients, opposing counsel, and insurance companies.
    • Stay updated with relevant laws, regulations, and legal trends in personal injury litigation.

    Requirements:

    Qualifications:

    • Juris Doctor (JD) degree and active license to practice law in Illinois.
    • 3+ years of experience as a Personal Injury Litigation Attorney, with a proven track record of successful case outcomes.
    • Experience handling Worker's Compensation claims.
    • Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills.
    • Excellent communication, negotiation, and client management abilities.
    • Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced legal environment.
