    I am currently working with an AM LAW 100 ranked firm on a number of hires, which includes an Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation Attorney to join their Chicago office.

    Responsibilities

    • Work with Partners across the firm's national group, focusing on ERISA and employee benefits counseling.
    • You will work closely with matters involving the Internal Revenue Code and other applicable employee benefits laws on matters involving health and welfare benefits, qualified retirement plans and executive compensation.
    • This role will also focus on issues related to retirement and health and welfare plans, as well as executive compensation programs for both private and public businesses.

    Qualifications and Requirements

    • Ideally have a min of 3 years of Employee Benefits and Executive Compensation experience.
    • Licensed to practice in Illinois.
    • Strong writing and case management skills.
    • Value collaboration.
