law firm serving clients across the Americas, is seeking a Research Assistant to be based in our Atlanta, Orlando, Houston, or Dallas office.

Working closely with the research librarians, this position supports attorneys and staff, and reports to the Director of Research Services and the Research Services Manager.

Responsibilities include:

Maintain strict confidentiality of firm matters
Review research findings and write summaries
Answer questions from attorneys and staff and escalate when necessary
Conduct public records, legal, and business research using appropriate electronic resources
Service, implement and maintain news, litigation, and current awareness
