    PriorityWorkforce is seeking dynamic Sales Executives with staffing experience to join our team in Santa Ana, CA. If you are currently in the staffing industry, and looking for a new home, then PriorityWorkforce, is for you.

    Looking for independent, self-starters, with excellent communication and follow up skills, with a relentless drive to succeed.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Achieve growth and hit sales targets, weekly expectations.
    • Design and implement a strategic business plan that expands companys customer base and ensure its strong presence.
    • Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships by partnering with them and understanding their needs.
    • Generate and develop new leads.
    • Meet with customers to discuss evolving their needs and assess the quality of our companys relationship with them.
    • Providing Excellent Customer Service give fantastic service to existing customers.
    • Make outbound sales call and be able to close the deal.
    • Take ownership and acts decisively to solve problems and deliver results.
    • Provide customer service and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction and business relationships.

    SKILLS

    • Successful previous experience as a sales representative or sales manager, consistently meeting or exceeding goals.
    • Committed to continuous education and growth.
    • Demonstrated ability to communicate, present and influence credibly and effectively at all levels.
    • Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
    • Strong business sense and staffing expertise.

    JOB TYPE: Full-time

    PAY RATE: Salary plus commission. Starting at $70,000 to $100,000 depending on experience, plus commission.

    WORK LOCATION: In Person
