The Sales Executive will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building relationships with prospective customers, and closing sales deals.

This role requires strong sales skills, excellent communication, and a customer-focused mindset to drive success.


Responsibilities:


  • Identify and pursue new sales opportunities to achieve revenue targets and expand market share.
  • Develop and maintain relationships with prospective customers through prospecting, networking, and cold calling.
  • Conduct sales presentations and product demonstrations to showcase the value proposition of our products/services.
  • Understand customer needs and requirements and recommend solutions that meet their business objectives.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals, quotes, and contracts to prospective customers.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with customers to close sales deals and achieve sales targets.
  • Collaborate with internal teams, including marketing and product development, to support sales efforts and drive customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities, including sales calls, meetings, and followup actions.

Requirements:


  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or related field; MBA preferred.
  • Proven experience in sales or business development roles, with at least 2 years of experience in a similar capacity.
  • Strong track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets and driving revenue growth.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and establish credibility with customers.
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills, with a focus on delivering results.
  • Selfmotivated and proactive with a strong drive for success.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.

Pay:
$3, $4,000.00 per month
