They also work collaboratively with Am Law 100 law firms in roles ranging from co-counsel to consulting and testifying expert witnesses and have appeared in state and federal courts throughout the United States.
Our client is seeking talented Counsel in all their offices and/or to work remotely.The work will be for regional, national, and global clients providing practical, innovative, and cost-effective solutions in the eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy service markets.
Candidates should have at least ten (10) years of experience in Litigation, eDiscovery and information governance within a law firm, consulting advisory firm, or corporate management function.
The ideal candidate should have extensive experience advising clients on a range of Litigation and eDiscovery issues, developing discovery plans, complying with best practices, implementing and leveraging discovery analytics and technology, managing the discovery process, and defending and resolving issues that arise during the course of discovery.
At least ten (10) years of experience with drafting briefs, motions, and pleadings, taking and defending depositions, arguing motions, witness interviews, drafting discovery requests, and related litigation experience.
Knowledge of legal principles specifically on eDiscovery, information governance, and data privacy and be up to date with the existing and emerging law, legislation, and practiceStrong technical, client management, project plan design, facilitation, and project leadership skills.
