    Responsibilities

    Client Consultation: Engage with clients to understand their insurance needs and offer tailored solutions.

    Sales Calls: Conduct outbound calls to potential clients to discuss insurance options and provide guidance.

    Policies Management: Assist clients in managing their policies, making updates, and addressing any questions or concerns.

    Client Retention: Build strong relationships with clients to ensure long-term satisfaction and loyalty to the agency.

    Networking: Attend events and collaborate with local businesses to expand the client base and promote agency services.

    Continuous Training: Stay informed about industry trends and product changes to provide accurate information to clients.


    Requirements

    Licensing: Possess or obtain a valid Tennessee insurance license. We will help you obtain and reimburse you for out of pocket expenses.

    Experience: Previous experience in insurance sales, customer service, or a related field preferred, but not required. We will train you

    Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication abilities, with a focus on building rapport with clients.

    Customer Focus: Commitment to providing outstanding service, addressing client needs, and exceeding expectations.

    Professionalism: Maintain a professional demeanor, adhere to company policies, and represent the agency positively to clients.

    Team Player: Collaborate effectively with colleagues, contribute to team success, and promote a supportive work environment.
