    The Third-Party Payments Analyst will assist leadership with the management of daily workflow to meet service level agreements, train and mentor staff, provide team statistical reporting to management, QC high financial and or high impact client experience transactions, handle escalated questions / issues and could be the project lead for initiatives impacting the team. This is a client-facing position with all activity having direct client and financial impact and regulatory and participant/plan reporting.

    What you will do:

    • Manage, assign, and monitor daily workflow and staffing; determine daily team productivity goals ensuring all time and quality standards are being met for the processing of third-party payments for the PEA Team
    • Perform Quality Control for high financial/experience client transactions to ensure accuracy and to mitigate financial risk
    • Act as team subject matter expert for questions/issues that arise from sales, internal partners, plan sponsors, brokers, TPA's, relationship/account managers, and senior management, research and respond on how issues should be resolved
    • Participate/lead conference calls with internal and external partners about communicating and educating call participants on more complex processes and procedures
    • Process and set up, ongoing maintenance and monthly, quarterly, annual processing of payments for special partner programs; will assist the team during peak queue periods
    • Define requirements, test system enhancements, and conduct training on the system changes
    • Perform complex manual calculations for ad hoc corrections and gain/loss results
    • Analyze and interpret legal agreements, fee schedules, plan directives, and payment request forms to ensure payments can be supported as requested prior to set up
    • Utilize multiple systems including EASY, SAP, WEBI, PRISM, OnBase, CIRRUS, Blackline, PSC, Avaya One X and Microsoft Office
    • Assist with annual audit requests and act as a subject matter expert for overall processes

    What you will bring:

    • Bachelor's degree, preferably in Accounting, Business, Finance or related field or equivalent related experience
    • 5+ years' experience in mutual fund, broker dealer back office or accounts payable/ accounting experience
    • Ability to effectively manage multiple tasks and projects simultaneously meeting all deadlines
    • Strong analytical/problem solving, and prioritization skills required
    • Excellent communication skills and the ability to communicate with a diverse audience

    Base Salary Range

    $57, $81,000.00

    The salary range above shows the typical minimum to maximum base salary range for this position in the location listed. Non-sales positions have the opportunity to participate in a bonus program. Sales positions are eligible for sales incentives, and in some instances a bonus plan, whereby total compensation may far exceed base salary depending on individual performance. Actual compensation offered may vary from posted hiring range based upon geographic location, work experience, education, licensure requirements and/or skill level and will be finalized at the time of offer.
