    What We are Looking For:
    We are in need of a tech-savvy, performance-driven Performance Marketing Specialist with expertise in social and display paid media channels. This individual should understand affiliate and paid search and how to leverage them effectively. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for data analytics and be a team player to drive campaign success. Responsibilities involve managing TradeStation's advertising initiatives and optimizing them across various platforms to enhance brand visibility, lead generation, and customer acquisition.

    What You'll Be Doing:

    Campaign & Project Management:

    • Collaborate with advertising partners to refine audience targeting and optimize bidding strategies
    • Negotiate and maintain contracts with vendors
    • Assist in internal legal processes
    • Execute advertising campaigns and maintain a rigorous testing regime
    • Create compelling ad copy and visuals
    • Maintain relationships with affiliate partners and industry-specific publishers
    • Develop and execute strategic advertising briefs

    Market Research:

    • Design and execute market research
    • Implement targeted audiences based on demographics and user behavior
    • Monitor competitor ads activity and recommend strategies
    • Analyze advertising performance and make changes based on goals
    • Use AI tools to enhance campaign insights

    Reporting:

    • Analyze ROI and KPIs weekly and monthly
    • Present data in a clear format

    Compliance and Quality Assurance:

    • Ensure compliance with industry regulations
    • Conduct quality checks and audits

    Other Considerations:

    • Attend meetings with stakeholders
    • Ensure projects are delivered accurately and on time

    The Skills You Bring:

    • Strong communication skills
    • Research and analytical skills
    • Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel & PowerPoint
    • Management of programmatic partners and social platforms
    • Familiarity with data analysis tools
    • Creative and innovative mindset
    • Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams
    • Identification and resolution of issues
    • Understanding of the financial industry

    Minimum Qualifications:

    • 4+ years of Digital Advertising experience
    • BA/BS degree required
    • Industry-related certifications
    • Experience managing ads on various platforms

    Desired Qualifications:

    • Relevant industry experience
    • Agency experience
