- Participate in the development and own the tactical execution of creative marketing initiatives that drive traffic, grow reach, engagement, and leads to deliver sales and customer retention
- Ability to use analytics and SEO best practices in all web related materials
- Produce high-quality content internally or with the help of agency partners relevant to specific business segments including vertical markets, buyer personas, and stages along the customer journey
- Maintain and manage project schedules, approvals, and resource plans to ensure projects are delivered in a timely manner and within budget
- Collaborate with team on conducting market research as we develop/update products and services
- Layout and/or update the layout of course materials. This includes a high level of InDesign work on documents with many sections. This will be a collaborate effort with the Product Team providing exact content and you being able to execute those changes utilizing a combination of brand style and best practices
- Ownership of brand consistency of our product materials for engagements and website presence
- Develop new templates within our style guide to be used for email, social media and webinars
- Work with Content Specialist to create graphics that resonate with our messaging
- Collaborate and adhere to the content calendar
- Continually audit and update web collateral as product or company information changes
- Ability to navigate and update pages and posts within Wordpress
- Create/Update infographics for our website and customer journey
- Education: B.A. or B.S. in Communications/Design/Marketing or equivalent experience.
- Experience: Two to five years of experience in marketing with a focus on design/visuals. B2B and B2C knowledge desired.
- Specific Skills: 3+ years InDesign experience, Wordpress, Canva, Photoshop, Google Suite, PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Wordpress, Hootsuite, Asana/Freedcamp (or similar PM tracker)
- Experience with Hubspot a plus.
- Must be able to show examples of previous design work

Job DescriptionLeadership Strategies, the nation's leader in providing professional facilitators and group facilitation training, is seeking a Marketing Specialist with proven skills in producing creative deliverables that drive business growth and brand consistency. This is a hybrid role with approximately 90% remote work and at least one monthly mandatory in-office meeting day.
The successful candidate for our Creative Marketing Specialist will have a proven history of displaying specific clearly defined core competencies:
1. Collaboration.
