    **Hours and Benefits for the** **Marketing Specialist:**

    + Monday Friday, Hybrid

    + $60k-$65k/year

    **Responsibilities for the** **Marketing Specialist:**

    + Implement marketing initiatives, including digital campaigns, promotional events, content creation, and lead generation, in alignment with overarching marketing goals

    + Coordinate marketing projects across departments to ensure unified execution of marketing strategies

    + Assist in planning and executing local marketing plans, including product launches, segment marketing, and thought leadership initiatives

    + Contribute to brand-building efforts by maintaining consistency with global branding guidelines and enhancing brand presence in the market

    + Analyze marketing data, including campaign results and audience metrics, to better future strategies and optimize performance

    + Identify effective marketing and promotional channels, including media platforms, to relay product messages to customers

    **Requirements for the** **Marketing Specialist:**

    + Bachelor's degree in Marketing or a related field

    + 1+ years of marketing experience

    + Google Analytics and HubSpot experience is a plus
