    Description

    TITLE: Business Intelligence Developer

    POSITION SUMMARY: The Business Intelligence (BI) Developer is responsible for the use of data and data visualizations to create actionable insight for the business-translating business needs to technical specifications that are easily digestible for a variety of end users. The BI Developer will bridge business needs with technical reporting and analytical solutions using reporting tools, databases, as well as business and industry knowledge. The incumbent will create an impact by using well-designed and defined reporting techniques.

    DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Design, build, deploy, and maintain data models, reports, visualizations (Using
      Power BI, Snowflake, dbt, GitLab)

      • Utilize SQL expertise to analyze data in our Data Warehouse.

      • Collaborate effectively with team members and stakeholders.

      • Perform analysis to extract valuable insights, identify trends, and present
      findings.

      • Help formulate BI strategies that align with business and technology goals.

      • Stay up to date with new and improving technologies and BI methodologies.
    QUALIFICATIONS

    3+ years of experience as a BI Developer

    • Bachelor's degree in quantitative fields or relevant work experience

    • PowerBI, Snowflake, dbt, GitLab

    • Strong attention to detail

    • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills

    • Communicating complex information

    • Experience in data warehouse design

    • Ability to easily improvise solutions quickly
