    Key Responsibilities:
    Design and implement sales strategies to draw more clients towards our cutting-edge BAS services.
    Cultivate and nurture relationships with prospective and current clients, ensuring their requirements are precisely met.
    Engage potential clients in comprehensive discussions to understand their system needs, providing them with accurate estimates afterward.

    Remain updated on the latest shifts and innovations within the BAS domain, ensuring our clients receive timely and relevant solutions.

    Collaborate closely with the technical team to ensure superior BAS service delivery.
    Regularly meet or exceed sales targets, both monthly and annually, driving consistent growth in our clientele.
    Offer unparalleled post-sales support, promptly addressing concerns and gathering feedback to refine our service offerings.
    Actively participate in industry events, workshops, and seminars, boosting our networking potential and raising brand awareness.


    Qualifications:


    Must be based in or around Jacksonville, FL.A minimum of 5 years experience in commercial sales, with a distinct advantage for those familiar with BAS or analogous sectors.

    A proven track record of consistently meeting and surpassing sales objectives.
    Profound knowledge of building automation systems, their technologies, and the current market trends.
    Exceptional communication proficiency, verbally and in writing.
    A talent for building lasting relationships with clients and understanding their varied needs.
