    WE'RE INDUSTRY WEST

    We're on a mission to elevate spaces with exceptional furniture experiences, one design at a time. As a Sales Executive, you'll spearhead top-of-funnel sales efforts for new inbound Industry West leads, guiding them through initial qualification, first contact, and seamless handoff to our account management team.

    WHY WE NEED YOU

    • Joining our Sales team means becoming a vital force in acquiring new inbound Industry West B2B partners. You'll serve as the primary touchpoint for new business.
    • You'll delve into the intricacies of account management, business development, customer relationship management, operational procedures, and product knowledge. Through tailored training and hands-on experience, you'll sharpen your skills and expand your horizons, positioning yourself for success in your career trajectory.

    ABOUT YOUR TEAM

    Under the guidance of the Director of Sales + Development, you'll collaborate with a dynamic team comprising of account managers, support staff and supply chain professionals.

    WHAT YOU'LL DO:

    • Manage inbound top-of-funnel sales for new Industry West B2B partners.
    • Assess leads for growth potential and recurring business opportunities.
    • Initiate initial contact with leads via email and cold calling.
    • Communicate VIP leads to the Director of Sales + Development.
    • Drive proactive engagement with the sales pipeline through activation strategies.
    • Monitor the effectiveness of outreach programs.
    • Conduct possible client meetings at our HQ in Jacksonville, FL
    • Participate in trade shows and sales events.
    • Foster client relationships with transparent communication and a commitment to continuous improvement.

    WHO YOU ARE:

    • Enjoy working in an office environment, this role is NOT remote or hybrid.
    • Comfortable and enthusiastic about cold calling, networking, and outreach. You enjoy talking on the phone and thrive establishing solutions for client needs.
    • Demonstrated success in a business development environment.
    • Motivated to surpass sales targets and achieve excellence.
    • Self-driven with a thirst for learning, growth, and mastery in your role.
    • Exceptional sales and customer service insight.
    • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced and occasionally stressful environment.
    • Proficient in online communication (beneficial but not required to have Slack, Front, Shopify and NetSuite experience)
    • Bachelor's Degree Required
    • Interest in design and furniture is a plus

    PAY RANGE:

    • The expected salary range for this role is $45,000 to $50,000.
    • This role has a commission earning structure.
