- Assisting with planning, coordinating, and execution of marketing projects such as emails, print, digital, direct mail, social media and more
- Work closely with team members to support the successful execution of marketing projects.
- Coordinate/ schedule social media posts
- Manage social engagement
- Manage reporting of Google and App reviews
- Design visually engaging PowerPoint presentations to communicate project plans, progress, reporting and results effectively, ensuring presentations are polished, professional, and aligned with brand guidelines.
- Analyzing project results, efficiency and suggesting improvements to ensure our marketing initiatives deliver the expected results
- Foster a positive and collaborative working environment to maximize team productivity and creativity.
- Coordinate with internal stakeholders and external vendors to support project execution.
- Build emails in Salesforce Marketing Cloud
- Remote working environment.
- Some overtime required as special projects arise.
- Majority of work performed at a computer in a seated position.
- Bachelor's degree in marketing, business, communications, or related field
- 2+ years of marketing experience
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office programs and project management software
- Strong attention to detail, highly organized and deadline-driven
- Strong time management skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to take direction and efficiently manage projects to meet deadlines
- Flexible and adaptable; able to switch between different projects with ease
- Comfortable gathering information quickly and efficiently
- Self-starter who can work with minimal supervision
- A team player with a positive "Can Do" attitude
- Experience in Adobe Workfront
- Energy industry or consumer products experience is preferred but not required

The ideal candidate excels at organization, planning, implementation, and multi-tasking and has experience in project coordinating. In addition to these core skills, this role requires proficiency in data management and PowerPoint presentation design to enhance marketing efforts.
