At MPG, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our marketingdivision. To build on the momentum, we're searching for a highly qualified marketing
coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of
experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications,
advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an
organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet
tight deadlines.
Responsibilities
- Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy.
- Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and longterm business goals
- generation.
- Prepare marketing activity reports, presentations, and metrics for program
- Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and
- Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials
- Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and
- members.
- Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor
- Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy
- presentations, and updating calendars.
- Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
- Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.

- Requirements
- Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
- Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social
- Experience using data analytics software for research
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, advertising, or
- Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship
- Experience in budgeting and forecasting
Schedule:
- 8hour shift
- Day shift
- Monday to Friday
Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
