Description
At MPG, much of our success can be attributed to the strength of our marketing

division. To build on the momentum, we're searching for a highly qualified marketing

coordinator who can contribute to existing programs while assisting with development of

experience in a wide range of marketing functions, including communications,

advertising, branding, digital, and social media. The marketing coordinator must be an

organized multitasker, able to handle many diverse projects simultaneously and meet

tight deadlines.


Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing the company's brand strategy.
  • Ensure that all marketing efforts serve immediate and longterm business goals
- by identifying and executing improvements for processes, content, and lead
- generation.

  • Prepare marketing activity reports, presentations, and metrics for program
- success.

  • Compile market research, forecasts, competitor analyses, campaign results, and
- consumer trends.

  • Support the development and maintenance of internal tools, including credentials
- database, trackers, global contact directory, and intranets.

  • Build knowledge and education regularly through workshops, research, and
- seminars, and share best practices and local marketing tactics with team
- members.

  • Conduct research of market trends, customer behavior, and competitor
- landscape, and prepare reports by analyzing and summarizing data.

  • Support the marketing director in establishing and evaluating marketing strategy
- by assembling sales forecasts, setting objectives, organizing promotional
- presentations, and updating calendars.

  • Communicate campaign objectives, timelines, and deliverables to sales team, and provide instructions for usage and promotion.
  • Plan meetings, events, conferences, and trade shows by identifying requirements, establishing contacts, developing schedules and assignments, and coordinating mailing lists.
  • Maintain inventory of sales support materials, ensuring all are current and
- accurate, and coordinate the creation of new materials when necessary.

  • Continually seek new sources of prospective customer data and provide
- recommendations to sales and marketing leadership.

  • Requirements
  • Experience in marketing coordination or similar role
  • Knowledge of traditional and digital marketing, content marketing, and social
- media marketing

  • Experience using data analytics software for research
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills
  • Bachelor's degree (or equivalent experience) in marketing, advertising, or
- communications

  • Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) and customer relationship
- management (CRM) tools

  • Experience in budgeting and forecasting

Schedule:

  • 8hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

Pay:
$50,000.00 per year
