- Manages the Workforce Planning, Analytics & Engagement team to support the Bureau strategic objectives, and leads the team by setting priorities, preparing schedules, and providing a safe, engaging work environment.
- Manages the Bureau-wide Employee Engagement Program, analyzes results, identifies areas for improvement, and advises leadership.
- Serves as an expert advisor on Human Capital and Organizational Development interventions including workforce planning and change management.
- Conducts surveys, data analysis, and problem-solving to identify root causes of disengagement and recommend improvements.
- Provides oversight for Human Capital Analytics to gather and analyze workforce data for strategic decision-making.
- Engages with clients and stakeholders to develop initiatives, facilitate dialogues, and present recommendations.

Qualifications
Minimum Qualification Requirements:To qualify for this position, you must meet the Specialized Experience for the grade level.Specialized Experience:
To qualify for the GS-14, you need one year of specialized experience at the GS-13 level or equivalent outside the Federal service. The experience should include implementing various organizational development strategies, consulting senior officials, analyzing data, and facilitating meetings.
